Tiger Woods Masters odds improve after Honda Classic

Tiger Woods

Tiger Woods performance last week at the Honda Classic has helped solidify his odds of winning the Masters according to GolfOdds.com

Woods was one of just a dozen players in the Honda field to finish even or better, his final-round 70 good enough for 12th place.

Woods also led the field in proximity to the hole, on the toughest course yielding the highest score on tour this season.

After Woods performance at the Hero World Challenge Vegas had Woods listed at an incredible 15/1.

Westgate manager and golf oddsmaker Jeff Sherman told Golf.com that the skyrocket was a response to the wave of action on the 14-time major winner and that the “liability is already excessive.”

GolfOdds.com has Woods listed at 16/1 as of Monday after the Honda.

Dustin Johnson leads at 7/1 and Jordan Spieth follows at 9/1.

Honda Classic winner Justin Thomas is now 12/1 joined by Rory McIlroy, Jon Rahm and Jason Day.
